Technologist with 15+ years of experience designing, building, and leading scalable platforms — and today exploring Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI-paired engineering with Cursor, Copilot & Claude.

I'm Farhan — a technologist who has spent the last 15+ years living across the stack: shipping payment-critical platforms, modernizing legacy systems, and leading international teams. Lately, my curiosity has pulled me into Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and pair-programming with Cursor, Copilot & Claude.
I move comfortably between four hats — Full-Stack Developer, Engineering Manager, Technology Lead, and Solution Architect — because the most interesting problems live in the seams between code, people, and architecture.
Across 15+ years, my work has consistently lived in these four overlapping disciplines — code, architecture, intelligence, and people.
The parts of AI I work with every day.
“Agents, prompts, and AI-paired engineering — where my craft meets today's tools.”
Exploring planner → executor patterns with tool use, memory, and human-in-the-loop. Designing how agents reason about a task and act on it.
Crafting precise prompts, system messages, few-shot patterns, and evaluation loops. Treating prompts as a first-class engineering artifact.
Daily driver of Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude — pair-programming with AI for design, exploration, and faster iteration without losing rigor.
Where I sit on each tool — based on real production work.
A high-level view of the categories I've repeatedly architected and shipped — across industries, geographies, and team sizes.
Designed and shipped payment-critical systems with multi-gateway routing, ledger reconciliation, fraud signals, and PCI-aware integrations. Owned the path from architecture to production hardening.
Designing and prototyping planner → executor agent patterns — tool use, memory, and human-in-the-loop. Hands-on exploration of where agents add real value vs. where they don't.
End-to-end SaaS architectures: tenant isolation, RBAC, billing, observability, and self-serve onboarding. Designed for horizontal scale and operator-friendly maintenance.
Live dashboards, chat, presence, and collaborative tooling powered by WebSockets / Socket.io with backpressure handling and reconnection semantics that survive flaky networks.
Strangled monoliths into modular services, migrated to cloud-native, introduced CI/CD and observability — all without downtime. Turned brittle codebases into platforms teams enjoy working on.
Daily vibe coding with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Claude — folding AI assistants into design, code review, and refactor workflows so teams ship faster without losing rigor.

Always up for a good conversation about architecture, agentic AI, scaling teams, or interesting engineering problems. Reach out on the platform you prefer.
